City Port (trading dock on the Pirate Harbor island)
The Traveling Merchant appears every 2 hours on a global clock (the same moment in every public server) at the City Port and stays for 20 minutes before disappearing again. He does not spawn on his own in private servers. He sells equippable items, permanent buffs and Soul Stages for Souls.
